Introduction

At Konii Store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. The item must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Accessories
  • Bat Care Accessories
  • Bowling Machine Accessories

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN inside the package.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired item and size in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be covered by Konii Store.
